Returns  
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items  
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty and personal care products cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on final sale items.
How to Start a Return  
To request a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return request. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.
Return Shipping  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders  
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can review the issue and help make it right.
Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Exchanges  
At this time, exchanges are not guaranteed. If you need a different item, the fastest option may be to place a new order once your return request is reviewed.
